Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days to the United States, 10–20 to Canada, the UK and the EU, and 12–25 elsewhere. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships — the first scan can take a few days to appear, which is normal.

Yes. Free shipping on orders over US$60 to the US, Canada, the UK, Israel and the EU, and over US$50 to the rest of the world. Below that it's a flat US$5. Any Buy 2 Get 1 or Buy 3 Get 2 order ships free.

Worldwide. The only places we can't reach right now are Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All 50 states, Washington D.C. and APO/FPO military addresses are fine.

Yes, any time before it ships — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email info@cairn.now with your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel is on its way the address can no longer be changed.

It will. The bottle is 7.4 cm across, and most car consoles are built for 7.5–9 cm. It also fits a backpack side pocket. Full size: 532 ml (18 oz), 23 cm tall.

They're waterproof vinyl under a scratch-resistant laminate — built for rain, coolers and car doors. The park and state artwork underneath is engraved into the steel, not printed, so even if a sticker ever lifts, the marker stays.

Hand wash with warm water and a soft sponge, and let it air dry. We don't recommend the dishwasher or a wire brush — the heat and abrasion are hard on both the vacuum seal and the stickers.

30 days from delivery. Bottles and lids can come back unused and in resalable condition; opened sticker sheets can't, since stickers are single-use once peeled. Anything that arrives damaged or defective is on us, always. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Email info@cairn.now with your order number and what's wrong. For damage, attach a photo — that usually lets us just send a replacement without you shipping anything back. We reply within one business day. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.

Within 5–10 business days of us receiving and checking the return, back to your original payment method. How fast it then shows up is down to your bank.
