Terms of service

These terms govern your use of cairn.now and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Last updated 18 August 2026.

Who you are contracting with

cairn.now is operated by ALPHUS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("CAIRN", "we", "us"). Contact: info@cairn.now.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and do not include import duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility where they apply. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Promotions such as Buy 2 Get 1 and Buy 3 Get 2 apply only while advertised and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.

Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product descriptions

We describe our bottles and stickers as accurately as we can, including dimensions and capacity. Colours can look different between screens. Sticker sheets are printed in batches and individual designs may vary slightly from the photographs.

Intellectual property

The CAIRN name, logo, sticker artwork, product photography and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a bottle gives you the bottle, not the artwork on it.

Customer content

If you send us a photo or review, you give us permission to use it on the store and in our marketing, with attribution to your first name where one is given. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, to scrape or overload it, to introduce malware, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend access if you do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
